The author of the “Personal EPower” training is Marzena Martyniak, who has been working on this tool for several years. Its effectiveness was tested on about 400 adults, the results were analyzed by John Pelitterri, the president of ISEI (International Society for Emotional Intelligence. After the research, the training was made available to a wider group of clients. The results of the effectiveness and benefits of the training were presented at the International Conference on Emotional Intelligence in Australia. and described in a special issue of the magazine “Psihologijske teme” in 2020″.

The secret to your change is to focus your energy on building a new way of thinking about your emotions, and then you will learn a new way to deal with them.

Our brain is responsible for how we behave when we feel emotions. By modeling it with the power of our “new” imagination about emotions, we can become someone else.

Training takes place in monthly cycles (30 days). At the end of each training month, you will receive information about what you “took” from training for yourself this month to feel better, and you will receive information on what may be even more valuable to you in the next training month so that you can feel even better.

At the end of each month, you decide whether you want to continue your training.
